Off Limits Material
Forbidden material includes: pornography, libel, intrusion of privacy, vulgar language, harassment, threats, or generally "inappropriate" matter. Please use good discretion when posting.

Discussion
The purpose of this forum is to discuss horse racing and related topics. As a family, discussion will waver, so please take those welcome topics to the "Off Topic" section. However, please remember that the basis of this forum is not to discuss other people. While topics can get heated, please try to keep it subjective and not personal. Personal issues can be taken to Private Message.

Profanity
There is not forum censor. It is expected that all members will conduct themselves respectably. Minor use of profanity is acceptable, but if is gets excessive a censor will be put on. Please do not abuse this privilege.

Responsibility
Each individual poster is responsible for his or her own statements. Remember that this is a public forum that anybody can read.

Copyrighted Material
Please do not post any copyrighted material. Articles can be summarized or quoted and then linked to.

Moderators
Any posts can be edited or deleted by moderators if they are believed to violate any aspect of this rule or if an individual is offended and reports the post. Please do not hold anything against moderators and be mindful of them, they are just doing their job. There will be no toleration of disrespect towards moderators when it comes to forum maintenance. However, please remember that the moderators are also members of the forum. Keep their moderatorship and membership separate.

Topic Review
Sometimes you may see that a thread has been moved to the "Moderator" board. In the event that a topic grows out of hand a moderator may opt to move it to this private board visible only by the moderating team. This will allow all the moderators to take a look at it and discuss how to clean up the messy parts of the thread so that it can be returned it to its original spot whenever possible.

Usernames
One username per person. Any individual found posting or otherwise utilizing multiple names can and will be removed from the forum. You will be requested to change any usernames found to be offensive. You get one name, so chose it carefully.

Age Limit
Users must be 13 years of age or older.

Trolls
Internet trolls find their way to every forum. Please ignore them. Rather than getting into arguments with them, which is what they are after, just report their posts to the moderators for deletion.

Spam
No spam of any sort. Any spam found posted will be deleted. If you spot any spam, please report it so that somebody can hopefully get to it faster.

Termination
At any time a user who causes a considerable amount of trouble (especially if frequent complaints are received from other posters) can be banned, temporarily or permanently depending upon the severity of the offense. Please do not give any reason to be banned.
